Rick Sheehan

Owner

As Owner, Rick Sheehan oversees the daily operations of both the field and office at Red Phoenix. Staying true to his roots as a proud carpenter, Rick likes to introduce himself as a ‘I’m a field guy by trade’. With his 20+ years of hands-on experience in the trades, Rick brings his builder’s perspective to all aspects of his leadership at Red Phoenix Construction. He is passionate about the art and science of carpentry. He sees every project as a new puzzle to solve and thrives on creative problem-solving. Rick is engaged with every project at Red Phoenix and is fully accountable to our clients to meet expectations with the goal of developing long-term relationships.

Steve Dumas

Project Manager

With 18 years of experience in custom residential building, Steve takes a hands-on approach as our Project Manager. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he is dedicated to delivering top-notch quality for our clients. Steve is very organized and excels at the on-site management of our in-house carpenters, as well as with all subcontractors.

Micah Hildreth

Senior Carpenter

Micah has been an integral part of the Red Phoenix team since 2014. As Senior Carpenter, he thrives on complex projects and inspires our in-house team of carpenters with his passion for building. Micah also plays a key role in fostering Red Phoenix’s client-focused culture, training our crews to maintain a respectful approach.

Melissa Kwiatek

Office Manager

Melissa Kwiatek wears a lot of hats in her role as Office Manager at Red Phoenix, including accounting, contracts, insurance, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and human resources. With her ability to navigate all these administrative functions, Melissa is essential to the success of Red Phoenix and our ability to provide best-in-class construction services. With Melissa in charge of our office operations, the Red Phoenix team can keep a laser focus on what we do best: building great projects for our clients.
