Mark Malmquist

Building on his 35+ year career as an executive at leading construction management firms, Mark Malmquist founded Red Phoenix Construction in 2011. Mark was driven by the belief that skilled carpenters were becoming a dying breed, and that genuine craftsmanship was a fading art.  He saw an opportunity to establish Red Phoenix to serve quality-focused residential builders and private homeowners with traditional carpentry services delivered with a higher level of client service. Mark remains actively involved with Red Phoenix as a senior advisor, offering strategic guidance on the company’s direction and identifying opportunities to continually advance our operations.
